It is hard to believe the 2015 YES Fair is just around the corner. The volunteer Judges are the true backbone of the success of the YES Fair.

The more Judges we have the better. This allows us to have each project seen by more Judges which helps determine which projects are worthy of top awards. So if you have someone you think will be good judges have them fill out a New Judge form on this web-site and I will get in touch with them.

Dates you need to know:

The date for the Judge’s Reception dinner is March 23, 2015 at Pueblo Del Sol Country Club. More details will be sent prior to the event. Remember spouses of the Judge are welcome to attend the dinner.

Judging will take place on Wednesday March 25th. Please plan on being at the Windemere Hotel & Conference Center as early as 8:00 a.m. to begin the Judging process. I would like to break the start of Judging into three groups beginning with the 9-12 grade division at 8:00, the 7-8 grade division at 8:30, and the 5-6 division at 9:00.
