*Please remember that all high school projects are required to submit any ISEF forms required for their projects. Take the quiz at: https://ruleswizard.societyforscience.org/ and the wizard will list the form(s) for you to complete. Forms must be submitted by email to: yesfair@ssvec.com by February 15, 2025.

Project Check In
- Monday Feb. 24th from 3 PM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday Feb. 25th from 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Wednesday, February 26 JUDGING DAY
- Judging day for all projects
- Noon – 4 PM High School Interviews. (HS Students must be at their projects at noon.)
Thursday, February 27 PUBLIC DAY
- 8am-3pm: YES Fair Public Day (Open to public viewing and school visits.)
- Gray Hawk Animal Displays
- Bisbee Mobile Science Lab
- Hazard Hamlet and Electrical Safety
- Scholarship Information Table
